Open day, season opener, regulars’ meet-up, training, charity ride or race: submit your event and after review it appears in the NBNL calendar — instead of only on your own page, where nobody looks for it.
Free of charge. To submit you need a business account, so that every event stays linked to a verified organiser — anyone can read the calendar without logging in.
The type determines how the event is sorted and filtered in the calendar.
Open day, season opener, new-model presentation, demo day or workshop promotion.
Consumer and trade fairs around motorcycling, including supra-regional ones.
Meet-ups, regulars’ tables, biker days and festivals — from an evening event to a whole weekend.
Rider safety training, cornering courses, off-road courses and guided rides.
Charity rides and fundraising events of the motorcycle community.
Race and competition dates, from the club-sport series to the track day with timing.
Title, description, date and place are required — the rest is optional but makes the entry more complete.
As text, the way you would announce it (“14–15 June 2026”). In addition, start and end can be stored as a point in time.
Pre-filled with your dealer or account address, if stored — simply overwrite it for events elsewhere.
What visitors can expect, who it is intended for, whether registration or admission is required.
Optional address for registration, the programme or ticket sales.
After approval, the event is publicly listed in the calendar — with date, place, description and your link.
Events can be searched by period and type — including by riders who don’t know your business yet.
Every submission is looked at before it becomes visible. That takes some time but keeps the calendar useful.
Register for free with a business email address and confirm the address using the link we send you.
Choose the type, enter title, description, date and place, and optionally add a link and times.

Nothing. The business account and submitting events are free of charge.
No. Every submission goes into review first and only becomes public after approval — this keeps advertising and false information out of the calendar.
The date field is free text — “14–15 June 2026” or “last weekend in August” are both allowed. If you also enter start and end as a point in time, the event can be sorted and reminded cleanly.
Yes. There is only an hourly upper limit so that nobody floods the calendar.
